About me: Hi! My name is Alexis. I’m a 23-year-old recent graduate of Aeronautical Engineering here in the Philippines. I started freelancing in 2023 while still in school and have since gained experience working with both local clients and international clients through OnlineJobs.ph. Most of the work I did revolved around administrative support for e-commerce businesses. My responsibilities included product research, light financial auditing, and managing customer concerns through email, chat, and outbound calls. I’m proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop. I also have experience using CRMs and other business management tools, which I learned through hands-on work and self-study. I’m very comfortable adapting to new systems and tools and love exploring ways to improve efficiency and output. My friends describe me as motivated, headstrong, and someone who learns quickly. I take pride in being a team player, and I value feedback because it helps me grow. Now that I’ve completed my degree, I’m looking to expand my skills and gain more hands-on experience, especially in roles that allow me to contribute meaningfully while continuing to learn and improve.
